🎨 Express Yourself Arts Program
Express Yourself is a welcoming art and social program where individuals with autism and developmental disabilities can create, connect, and be themselves.
Held Monday evenings, the program uses art as a way to encourage self-expression, confidence, creativity, communication, and friendship—with no artistic experience required.
Participants can explore different art projects, share ideas, enjoy music and conversation, and build meaningful relationships in a relaxed, supportive environment.
